Safety is an integral part of any successful company.
Nu-Way holds safety meetings
with its drivers on a quarterly basis each year to heighten safety
awareness and provide safety training. Additionally at the year end
meeting in December, Nu-Way
presents its annual safe driving awards. We feel it is very important for
our drivers to receive this recognition since safety is paramount for
Nu-Way's success.

Nu-Way currently maintains a
SATISFACTORY rating from the Department of Transportation which is
the highest possible rating allowed.

The success of our company and the overall quality of service that
Nu-Way can provide is directly
proportionate to the quality of the drivers that we are able to hire.
Nu-Way has been very blessed
in that regard by being able to attract and maintain such a select group
of drivers.
Nu-Way's HR and Safety
Department is always diligent in their efforts to find the right driver
for the job. Since each of our customers are unique, Nu-Way
makes every effort to find not only a qualified driver but one that fits
best with the customer and the people that they will be serving.
The Nu-Way Rewards Program
rewards our top performers in the areas of Safety, Attendance and overall
Customer Satisfaction with bonus dollars paid on a semi annual basis.
This is also a highlight of the summer and winter meetings, as drivers
always look forward to an extra check. This past period over 97% of the
eligible drivers in the program received a payout.
There is not a better testament to the dedication and loyalty of its
employees than the fact that many of the very first drivers that Nu-Way
hired 13 years ago are still employed with the company.
