That's why Nu-Way has a 401(k) plan available for full-time employees who would like to participate. To encourage and help employees plan for their future, Team Nu-Way offers a very generous 50% matching contribution on the first 6% of any employee 401(k) contribution.  New full-time employees are eligible for this benefit on either January 1 or July 1, following 90 days of employment. We are pleased to inform you that during the economic downturn we have kept our commitment to helping employees toward their retirement goals by continuing the company match portion of our 401(k) plan.
