Answer: Vernon Schrof coined the company name after working in the transportation industry for many years. In the early 1990's, Vernon believed in his heart that there had to be a better way ... a "new way" of servicing customers in the competitive transportation and logistics industry. Service excellence, passion and a true desire to offer a distinct and unique transportation and logistics alternative was realized with the launch of Nu-Way Transportation, Inc.

Answer: All Nu-Way customers are assigned an account manager. Account managers have the unique opportunity of focusing on a limited number of customers based on the size and nature of the operation. This practice allows our account managers to align and partner with their designated customer set, and build a comprehensive customer knowledgebase to better address critical customer needs, etc. As a result, Nu-Way account managers are better able to provide greater account control/direction, flexibility and rapid response.
